Soundmove, INC. radios are warranted to the original
customer to be free from defects in manufacturing and material for a
period of one year on parts and labor from the
date of purchase from soundmove.com. Please refer to warranty
received with radio for further information. Warranties are not transferable.
soundmove.com Return/Credit Policy
soundmove.com will accept returns only with a return
merchandise number (RMA).
soundmove.com has a 30 day guarantee period. Products may be
returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days from
the date of purchase by the original customer. Returns, credits and
exchanges made after the 30 day guarantee period are subject to a
20% administration/restock fee plus freight charges. No credits will
be issued on items that have been modified in any way i.e. painted,
damaged, etc.
Should you need to return a product for any reason (refund, credit,
exchange or repair), you must first call soundmove.com at our
return authorization number –
574-848-0771. We will discuss the problem to determine the best
solution and give the proper instructions for return. An RMA Number
will then be issued. No returns for credit will be accepted without
our prior approval and an RMA Number. This helps our company, and
manufacturers, to track and keep record of the
return. All returned products will be inspected before a credit is
issued. In most instances, the product(s) will not be retuned to
soundmove.com, but directly to the manufacturers. Any
returns sent COD, will NOT be accepted. All special order products
are non-refundable.
Any product(s) returned, and resulting in a credit either through a
credit card number or PayPal account will be subject to
soundmove.com first receiving credit from manufacturer. Again, credits will be issued to the customer after
soundmove.com has received credit on the return. Please be patient as this process could take
several weeks. A reminder that all returns for credits sent after
the 30 day guarantee period will be subject to a 20%
administration/restock fee.
