customer to be free from defects in manufacturing and material for a
period of two (2) years on parts and one (1) year on labor from the
date of purchase from soundmove.com, a Premier Dealer of

soundmove.com Return/Credit Policy
soundmove.com will accept returns only with a return
merchandise number (RMA).
soundmove.com has a 90 day guarantee period. Products may be
returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 90 days from
the date of purchase by the original customer. Returns, credits and
exchanges made after the 90 day guarantee period are subject to a
20% administration/restock fee plus freight charges. No credits will
be issued on items that have been modified in any way i.e. painted,
damaged, etc.
Should you need to return a product for any reason (refund, credit,
exchange or repair), you must first call soundmove.com at our
return authorization number –
574-848-0771. We will discuss the problem to determine the best
solution and give the proper instructions for return. An RMA Number
will then be issued. No returns for credit will be accepted without
our prior approval and an RMA Number. This helps our company, and
the manufacturer (Custom Autosound), to track and keep record of the
return. All returned products will be inspected before a credit is
issued. In most instances, the product(s) will not be retuned to
soundmove.com, but directly to Custom Autosound Mfg., Inc. Any
returns sent COD, will NOT be accepted. All special order products
are non-refundable.
soundmove.com is a Premier Dealer of Custom Autosound Mfg.,
Inc. Most products ordered through soundmove.com will be
shipped from Custom Autosound Mfg., Inc., located in Fullerton,
California.
Any product(s) returned, and resulting in a credit either through a
credit card number or PayPal account will be subject to
soundmove.com first receiving credit from Custom Autosound Mfg.,
Inc. Again, credits will be issued to the customer after
soundmove.com has received credit on the return from Custom
Autosound Mfg., Inc. Please be patient as this process could take
several weeks. A reminder that all returns for credits sent after
the 90 day guarantee period will be subject to a 20%
administration/restock fee.
